Eligibility for Returns
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Note: Limited edition drops and innerwear are non-returnable.
Initiating a Return
Email our studio at help@estedom.shop with your Order ID. Our team will review the request within 24–48 hours and provide specific return instructions.
Refund Timelines
Prepaid: Credits return to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
COD: Refunded via bank transfer or secure store credit after quality inspection.
Defective Items
If you receive a damaged piece, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We will expedite a replacement or full refund at zero additional cost to you.
Return Shipping Costs
ESTEDOM TRADE bears all shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items. For size exchanges or preference-based returns, a nominal return shipping fee is borne by the customer.
